JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a capable and detail-driven Mid-Level IT Project Manager to support the planning and execution of various IT initiatives. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of medium-scale projects, coordinate with cross functional teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a solid understanding of IT systems, project management best practices, and Lean principles to reduce waste, improve processes, and deliver impactful solutions. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, along with the ability to balance business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives while promoting continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle of IT projects, from planning and execution to delivery and closure.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk logs.

• Apply Lean project management principles to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and maximize value.

• Track progress and ensure timely resolution of issues and blockers.

• Coordinate between business users, technical teams, vendors, and other departments.

• Monitor project budgets and ensure financial controls are in place.

• Prepare regular project status reports and present updates to management.

• Ensure documentation, approvals, and post-project evaluations are completed.

Core Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably with both infrastructure and application components.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models).

• Experience applying Lean or continuous improvement practices within project environments.

• Effective communicator with excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

• Advantages (but not required): 
  ● Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt).
  ● Experience using tools like Jira, MS Project, Clickup or Monday.com.
  ● Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and frameworks like ITIL.
  ● Exposure to enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or core banking systems.

• Oversee program-level initiatives, ensuring dependencies, timelines, and resource allocations are effectively managed.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals with organizational priorities and strategy.

• Establish and maintain best practices in project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.

• Provide guidance and oversight to junior and mid-level project managers; support continuous improvement across the project management function.

• Prepare and deliver executive-level project updates, dashboards, and recommendations.

• Coordinate with business units and IT teams to ensure successful delivery, change management, and adoption.

• Contribute to the development of project management standards, tools, and templates to ensure consistent delivery across all IT initiatives.

Core Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; a master’s degree is a plus.

• 7+ years of experience managing complex IT projects or programs.

• Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives involving multiple technical and business teams.

• Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and project portfolio oversight.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Skilled in risk management, resource planning, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Support and Perform Project related deliverables (covering SAP functional and Technical Resources)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand Business Blueprint document (Conceptual and Detailed Design)

• Prepare the Functional Specification and Technical documentation

• Develop SAP WRICEF objects according to final Functional Specification

• Configure SAP system Based on the BBP and Detailed Design

• Perform unit testing and system integration testing

• Prepare transport of SAP objects into the QA landscape

• Support UAT Activity

• Support Data migration and Cutover preparation and planning sessions

• Support Defect Triage, Application of Fixes or Resolution during System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test

• Prepare User Training Material and Conduct Training for new functionality as needed

• Perform Cut-over and Go Live Support

• Support Hypercare

• Create Technical documents (RFC Document) as required by Transport Management Process

Core Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM-related issues.
• Proven experience in SAP MM implementation, configuration, and support.
• SAP-related training or certification is an advantage.
